• Men are called to surrender and follow Christ,

• Men need to be equipped to live like Christ, and that

• Men need to know that they have been sent to live for Christ.

2012 conference takes shape

The next Meant4more conference is planned for Sunday 24th November at the Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin. Our guest speaker will be Deacon Harold Deacon Harold Burke Sivers

Burke-Sivers,a much sought-after speakers in the Church today, Deacon Harold is active in giving lectures, retreats, and seminars in parishes, workshops, and at numerous conferences across the nation and around the world. He has appeared in The Catholic World Report and The National Catholic Register, and on many national and international radio programs, including Catholic Answers Live, Catholic Connection, Kresta in the Afternoon, the Drew Mariani Show, Searching the Word and Catholic Bookmarks. Meant4More Catholic Mens Conference 2011 report

Over 200 men gathered on a mild Mid November Sunday at the Clarion Hotel in Liffey Valley, Dublin. Coming from all over Ireland, there was an air of anticipation for this second M4M conference. Fr Larry Richards, from Erie, Pennsylvania was the main keynote speaker, with a direct, no holds barred approach to speaking to men. He spoke about what men are looking for, and challenged them to respond to the call to become Saints. After his talk on confession and repentance, queues of men formed for confession in different parts of the main hall.

In the afternoon, there were seminars, on Marriage and family, starting mens groups, and dealing with addiction to Pornography. The day ended with the celebration of mass.
